The Exter­nal Rela­tions and Stra­te­gic Mar­ke­ting (SAM) unit, whi­ch reports direc­tly to the Lord Mayor, coor­di­na­tes and mana­ges the asso­ci­a­ted cro­ss-sec­tio­nal tas­ks for the Karl­sru­he city admi­nis­tra­tion. SAM is the inter­fa­ce to the region, to Stut­tgart, Ber­lin and Brus­sels and worldwide.
