External Relations and Strategic Marketing
The External Relations and Strategic Marketing (SAM) unit, which reports directly to the Lord Mayor, coordinates and manages the associated cross-sectional tasks for the Karlsruhe city administration. SAM is the interface to the region, to Stuttgart, Berlin and Brussels and worldwide.
