A theater project for people with a migration background
The BADISCHEN STAATSTHEATER’s integration project Culture without Borders (KuG) brings people with a migration background closer to the world of theater and enables better integration into society through lively cultural participation.
What do we do?
There are several events every month. Invitations are sent out regularly. Participants decide for themselves how often they want to attend. Possible events include:
- Workshops with theater educators, where, for example, theater is played, danced and improvised
- Visits to theater rehearsals and performances
- Meetings with artists
- A look behind the scenes during guided tours of the STAATSTHEATER
- Meetings in cafés to make new friends and share experiences
What ist the Buddy Program?
Our buddies are people with theater experience who are happy to exchange ideas with people with a migration background.
Both can learn a lot from each other by attending events together.
What does participation cost?
There is a reduced price for performances.
The other events are free of charge.
We look forward to welcoming new participants!
