Nowa­days, women are bet­ter edu­cat­ed than ever before and often stand on their own two feet finan­cial­ly. But there are still women who work part-time for many years or even per­ma­nent­ly because of their fam­i­lies or the need for care, with the result that their pen­sions are not suf­fi­cient lat­er on.
