We advise rec­og­nized and reject­ed asy­lum seek­ers and refugees as well as peo­ple with irreg­u­lar res­i­dence sta­tus and migrants in:

  • ques­tions con­cern­ing res­i­dence and asy­lum law
  • in ques­tions of social law
  • psy­choso­cial problems
  • in ques­tions of fam­i­ly reuni­fi­ca­tion and
  • in ques­tions of sta­tus law

Our tasks:

  • Coun­selling and guidance
  • Secur­ing and improv­ing status
  • Strength­en­ing the poten­tial for self-help
  • Coor­di­na­tion and net­work­ing with spe­cif­ic spe­cial­ized services


Open­ing hours:
Mon­day to Fri­day: 9am — 12pm
Mon­day to Thurs­day: 14 — 16h

Tele­phone availability:
Mon­day to Fri­day: 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Mon­day to Thurs­day: 13:30 to 16 o’clock
