It is dif­fi­cult to pre­dict exact­ly what the work­ing world of the future will look like. But one thing is clear: a lot will happen.

What and how will we be work­ing in 10, 20 or 50 years’ time?
We will increas­ing­ly work inde­pen­dent­ly of time and place in agile project teams. Arti­fi­cial intel­li­gence and dig­i­tal tech­nol­o­gy will be able to take over many tasks. Com­plete­ly new pro­fes­sions such as urban gar­den­er or drone pilot will emerge, pre­vi­ous jobs will dis­ap­pear and cur­rent pro­fes­sions will change significantly.
