The Kom­pe­ten­za­gen­tur Karl­sruhe is a project at the tran­si­tion from school to work. We advise you in var­i­ous areas and sup­port you in solv­ing your problems.

We devel­op ideas togeth­er with you and look for pos­si­ble solu­tions as well as suit­able sup­port pos­si­bil­i­ties. Togeth­er we can find out your strengths and abil­i­ties and con­sid­er how you can use them to achieve your goals.
