Caribbean Evening: COUNTRIES. PEOPLE. DELICACIES

On this evening you can enjoy Caribbean cui­sine. You will pre­pare del­i­ca­cies from the Caribbean in a small group under expert guidance.
From 7 p.m. you will serve your menu to the “guests”, eat togeth­er and have the oppor­tu­ni­ty to exchange ideas about food, cook­ing, the Caribbean and its art, cul­ture, music or many oth­er top­ics. You will be wel­comed with Caribbean cock­tails. Klaus Buch­n­er will pro­vide a musi­cal treat with won­der­ful sounds on the handpan.
A lec­ture on the cul­ture and art of the respec­tive coun­try will take place at the VHS before the meal. Look for­ward to an inspir­ing Sat­ur­day and moments of plea­sure for the eyes, the taste and the hearing.
