In the wilder­ness of the Bucharest Delta, behind the out­skirts of the metrop­o­lis, a fam­i­ly has been liv­ing in soli­tary har­mo­ny with nature for more than
lone­ly har­mo­ny with nature, in a self-built hut on the shore, brav­ing the harsh, indif­fer­ent envi­ron­ment, catch­ing fish with their bare hands and fol­lows the rhythm of the seasons.

But when the city decides to declare the area the largest nature park in the of the EU, the Enach­es are to be forcibly relo­cat­ed. The fam­i­ly decides not to give up their home with­out a fight.

Direc­tor Radu Cior­ni­ci­uc’s award-win­ning debut fea­ture tells the com­pelling sto­ry of a twist­ed the grip­ping sto­ry of an impov­er­ished fam­i­ly’s fail­ure to fight for their own for their own ver­sion of freedom.
