Our goal is the sus­tain­able inte­gra­tion of refugees from Ukraine liv­ing in Karlsruhe.

We are there for you if you as a refugee from Ukraine are pri­vate­ly and if you are a refugee from Ukraine and have been liv­ing in the 6 months in the munic­i­pal accom­mo­da­tions of the city of Karlsruhe.

We sup­port you with ques­tions concerning:

- Cor­re­spon­dence with author­i­ties (job cen­ter, social wel­fare office, immi­gra­tion office)
— Search for an apart­ment and rental contract
— Search for an inte­gra­tion course
— Sup­port with labor law issues
— Search for a day­care or school place for your child
— Search for sports and leisure activ­i­ties for you and your child
— Pos­si­ble offers of help with psy­cho­log­i­cal problems

The inte­gra­tion man­age­ment sup­ports refugees from Ukraine in var­i­ous life sit­u­a­tions through offers of coun­sel­ing, meet­ing, edu­ca­tion and accom­pa­ni­ment. With the aim to pro­mote the indi­vid­ual inte­gra­tion process and to strength­en the inde­pen­dence of these.

The indi­vid­ual inte­gra­tion process is to be achieved through the fol­low­ing tasks:

The joint cre­ation of an indi­vid­ual sup­port plan with time-based targets
Refer­ral to spe­cial­ized ser­vices in case of psy­choso­cial problems
Advis­ing par­ents on par­ent­ing and edu­ca­tion­al issues
Medi­a­tion of offers for the acqui­si­tion of Ger­man lan­guage skills
Medi­a­tion of fur­ther edu­ca­tion­al offers with a view to pro­fes­sion­al advancement
Sup­port­ing peo­ple in their efforts on the job market
Medi­a­tion of leisure time offers (clubs, cul­tur­al offers etc.)
Devel­op­ment of inter­cul­tur­al com­mu­ni­ca­tion and meet­ing places
