AWO Migra­tion Consultation

Migra­tion coun­sel­ing for adult immigrants

For immi­grants and their families

This migra­tion-spe­cif­ic ser­vice was set up under the new Immi­gra­tion Act with the aim of sup­port­ing and accom­pa­ny­ing immi­grants in their indi­vid­ual inte­gra­tion process and encour­ag­ing them to act inde­pen­dent­ly in mat­ters of dai­ly life. The sys­temic, needs-ori­ent­ed indi­vid­ual case coun­sel­ing is based on the case man­age­ment method.

Free, indi­vid­ual coun­sel­ing and accom­pa­ni­ment lim­it­ed to 3 years New immi­grants and their chil­dren to if they are:
* are new immi­grants with a per­ma­nent res­i­dence or with late repa­tri­ate status.
* are over 27 years of age and reside in the city of Karlsruhe.
Those who have already been liv­ing in Ger­many for a longer peri­od of time can also take advan­tage of the coun­sel­ing service.

Coun­sel­ing is avail­able in Ger­man, Turk­ish, Russ­ian, Eng­lish, Roman­ian, Span­ish and French.

Thurs­days 09:00 ‑12:00 and 14:00 — 16:30 or by appointment
