In order to bring togeth­er young peo­ple look­ing for a train­ing place and train­ing com­pa­nies, IHK Karl­sruhe and the Agency for Work Karl­sruhe-Ras­tatt will again orga­nize the pop­u­lar trainee speed dat­ing in 2023. Train­ing man­agers and per­son­nel man­agers from var­i­ous indus­tries are avail­able at the IHK Karl­sruhe for short interviews.
Speed dat­ing is about get­ting to know train­ing enthu­si­asts and train­ing com­pa­nies, get­ting into con­ver­sa­tion with each oth­er and then joint­ly explor­ing whether they could fit togeth­er. If this is the case, more detailed inter­views or tri­al work­ing days will be arranged. Some­times, how­ev­er, the first acquain­tance with speed dat­ing is so har­mo­nious that train­ing con­tracts are offered directly.
