– Migrants under 27 with typ­i­cal adult problems
– Par­tic­i­pants of inte­gra­tion classes
– Migrants who have already been liv­ing in Ger­many for a longer peri­od with a spe­cial need for inte­gra­tion help services
– Eth­nic Ger­man reset­tlers and their families
