The­ater Therapy

Step out of the every­day rou­tine and onto the (small) stage. In this The­ater Ther­a­py work­shop, the­ater ther­a­pist Bian­ca opens a cre­ative and wel­com­ing space where you can explore your­self, try new things, and dis­cov­er new per­spec­tives through play­ful the­ater methods.

Using move­ment, expres­sion, and sim­ple impro­vi­sa­tion exer­cis­es, The­ater Ther­a­py encour­ages par­tic­i­pants to com­mu­ni­cate dif­fer­ent­ly, see sit­u­a­tions from anoth­er point of view, and recon­nect with their cre­ativ­i­ty in a relaxed and sup­port­ive atmosphere.

No the­ater expe­ri­ence is need­ed. Every­one who was once a child, or wish­es they could be one again, is warm­ly welcome.
