Bel­ly to bel­ly” birth prepa­ra­tion for Preg­nant Teenagers

The “Bel­ly to Bel­ly” course is offered espe­cial­ly for young preg­nant women, who would like to be accom­pa­nied and sup­port­ed dur­ing their pregnancy.
We want to pre­pare inten­sive­ly for the birth, but also take into account the spe­cial sit­u­a­tion of teenagers.

The course is led by a mid­wife and a social edu­ca­tion worker.

Birth prepa­ra­tion includes

  • Infor­ma­tion about the birth
  • Meth­ods of relaxation
  • Breath­ing techniques
  • Rec­og­niz­ing the body’s signals
  • Baby care

Oth­er impor­tant topics:

  •  Ques­tions about custody
  • Finan­cial assistance
  • Rights and duties of the father-to-be
  • Effects on rela­tion­ships (part­ners, parents)
  • “How do I see myself as a mother?”
