The “AIDS-Hil­fe Karl­sruhe — Zen­trum für sex­uelle Gesund­heit e.V.” is an inde­pen­dent and non-prof­it asso­ci­a­tion, which was found­ed in 1985 as “AIDS-Ini­tia­tive Karl­sruhe e.V.”.
