With its work, the ibz con­tributes to a cos­mopoli­tan soci­ety in which a peace­ful, respect­ful and sol­idary coex­is­tence of Karl­sruhe res­i­dents from all over the world is pos­si­ble.
Our vision is a com­mon “we”. A “we” that enables all peo­ple — regard­less of their cul­tur­al back­ground and reli­gious con­vic­tions — to par­tic­i­pate social­ly and to shape a demo­c­ra­t­ic soci­ety. This also includes a clear stance and an active posi­tion for uni­ver­sal human rights and against exclu­sion, racism and group-relat­ed mis­an­thropy.
We work to shape a com­mon future based on shared val­ues and goals regard­less of nation­al iden­ti­ty and geo­graph­ic origin.
