for adult refugees with lit­tle or no lan­guage and writ­ing skills

Pre­req­ui­site:

• The edu­ca­tion­al year is aimed at refugees aged 21 to 35 with lit­tle or no writ­ten and spo­ken lan­guage skills.

Your advan­tages:

• Free course par­tic­i­pa­tion. The pro­gram is fund­ed by the Baden-Würt­tem­berg Min­istry of Cul­ture, Youth, and Sports.
• Pleas­ant learn­ing atmos­phere and expe­ri­enced course instructors.
• Social-edu­ca­tion­al support.
• As part of the edu­ca­tion­al year, you will com­plete a five-week intern­ship at a company.

The “free Ger­man course for refugees” is designed for peo­ple who have fled to Ger­many since 2015 and is also open to those who have already tak­en oth­er lan­guage cours­es but whose pro­fi­cien­cy remains very low and is well below the A2 level.

BEF Alpha is part of the joint “Agree­ment on the Imple­men­ta­tion of the Ini­tia­tive for Com­ple­tion and Con­nec­tion – Edu­ca­tion­al Chains for Voca­tion­al Train­ing” between the Fed­er­al Repub­lic of Ger­many, the Fed­er­al Employ­ment Agency, and the State of Baden-Württemberg.
