Free German course for refugees
for adult refugees with little or no language and writing skills
Prerequisite:
- The educational year is aimed at refugees aged 21 to 35 with little or no written and spoken language skills.

The “free German course for refugees” is designed for people who have fled to Germany since 2015 and is also open to those who have already taken other language courses but whose proficiency remains very low and is well below the A2 level.
BEF Alpha is part of the joint “Agreement on the Implementation of the Initiative for Completion and Connection – Educational Chains for Vocational Training” between the Federal Republic of Germany, the Federal Employment Agency, and the State of Baden-Württemberg.
