1. Engagement-Campus: Engagement Strengthens Democracy

Registration for the 1st Engagement-Campus in Karlsruhe is now open!

The first Engagement Campus in Karlsruhe will take place on December 4 and 5, 2026. The motto is: “Engagement Strengthens Democracy.”

The event offers almost 40 different activities on volunteering, civic engagement, and democracy. The program includes workshops, talks, discussions, and a simulation game. There will also be many opportunities to meet new people, exchange ideas, and make new connections.

Many activities are organized by local associations, initiatives, and other groups in Karlsruhe. Some are looking for people who would like to get involved in their projects.

The Engagement Campus is open to everyone: people who are already involved in their communities, people looking for new ideas, and people who simply want to learn more.

Are you already involved in your community? Would you like to try something new? Or would you like to learn more about volunteering and democracy?

Everyone is welcome! You can take part in the activities that interest you most. You do not have to attend the entire event. You can choose individual activities that fit your interests and schedule.
