Qual­i­fi­ca­tion Pro­gramme “Busi­ness & Admin­is­tra­tion” – Online

Do you have a pro­fes­sion­al qual­i­fi­ca­tion or work expe­ri­ence in busi­ness, admin­is­tra­tion, law or a relat­ed field? Then this qual­i­fi­ca­tion pro­gramme offered by the Interkul­turelles Bil­dungszen­trum Mannheim (iku­biz) could be inter­est­ing for you.

The pro­gramme is aimed at migrants with for­mal qual­i­fi­ca­tions or pro­fes­sion­al expe­ri­ence in these fields. Infor­mal­ly acquired knowl­edge and expe­ri­ence can also be tak­en into account. Ger­man lan­guage skills at B1 lev­el or above are desirable.

What does the pro­gramme offer?

The pro­gramme com­bines online class­es with prac­ti­cal exam­ples as well as group and indi­vid­ual coach­ing. Your inter­ests, ques­tions and pro­fes­sion­al goals are at the cen­tre of the pro­gramme, and the con­tent is adapt­ed to your indi­vid­ual needs.

• basic busi­ness admin­is­tra­tion, includ­ing man­age­ment, organ­i­sa­tion and marketing
• finan­cial account­ing and bookkeeping
• social law and social policy
• the labour mar­ket in Germany
• skills and com­pe­tence assessment
• sup­port with find­ing intern­ships and jobs

After suc­cess­ful­ly com­plet­ing the pro­gramme, you will receive a cer­tifi­cate. The qual­i­fi­ca­tion aims to help you expand your knowl­edge, improve your pro­fes­sion­al per­spec­tives and sup­port your path into the Ger­man labour market.
