These mul­ti­lin­gual con­sul­ta­tion hours are aimed at adults with Ger­man as a for­eign or sec­ond lan­guage who have ques­tions about dig­i­tal top­ics.

You can ask ques­tions about dig­i­tal top­ics and receive help, for exam­ple, with the Job­cen­ter app or apps that can be used to learn Ger­man.

We will famil­iar­ize our­selves with the com­put­er and write sim­ple texts such as a let­ter to a gov­ern­ment agency or a resume.
You can bring your own projects and tasks.
We will do research on the inter­net and work with lap­tops.

You can join at any time with­out reg­is­ter­ing. The ser­vice is free of charge.

We can also pro­vide advice in oth­er lan­guages.
You can bring your lap­top or cell phone or use our devices.
