iku­biz — IQ Net­work Baden-Württemberg

Since 1983, iku­biz has cham­pi­oned this cul­ture of wel­com­ing peo­ple from diverse back­grounds and has act­ed in accor­dance with it. Its mul­ti­cul­tur­al team forms the foun­da­tion for an ongo­ing engage­ment with the issues of migra­tion and inte­gra­tion, as well as for gen­der equality.

The social, edu­ca­tion­al, and pro­fes­sion­al inte­gra­tion of chil­dren, youth, and adults from immi­grant fam­i­lies has been the foun­da­tion of all iku­biz programs—not just since eco­nom­ic needs demand­ed it, but from the very begin­ning. Gen­der-sen­si­tive, respect­ful, and resource-ori­ent­ed inter­ac­tions facil­i­tate seam­less access to the migrant community—a pre­req­ui­site for trust­ing collaboration.
