Dia­conal Work Karl­sruhe — Refugee Ser­vices Office

We pro­vide coun­sel­ing, guid­ance, and sup­port regard­ing the recog­ni­tion of school and voca­tion­al qual­i­fi­ca­tions, as well as the eval­u­a­tion of aca­d­e­m­ic degrees for refugees in the south­ern part of the Karl­sruhe admin­is­tra­tive district.

We focus pri­mar­i­ly on pro­vid­ing recog­ni­tion coun­sel­ing to refugees from the ear­ly stages of their stay.

We train and advise staff at job cen­ters and the Fed­er­al Employ­ment Agency who are respon­si­ble for assess­ing skills, and we sup­port advo­cates and our coop­er­a­tion part­ners on issues relat­ed to this spe­cif­ic tar­get group through­out Baden-Württemberg.
