Welcome2Work is a job place­ment plat­form that brings togeth­er refugees and companies:
“We want to sim­pli­fy the job search on the part of refugees as well as offer com­pa­nies access to a pre­vi­ous­ly unno­ticed appli­cant pool of qual­i­fied personnel.
We are con­vinced that Welcome2Work can cre­ate the basis for sus­tain­able inte­gra­tion of refugees in Germany.

Where would we be with­out work? With­out the pos­si­bil­i­ty of a secure income to feed our fam­i­ly and invest in a promis­ing future? A secure job offers us inde­pen­dence, self-esteem and the chance to reshape our lives. Every­one should be able to take advan­tage of this oppor­tu­ni­ty. Refugees have the oppor­tu­ni­ty to cre­ate an appli­cant pro­file on our web­site or to apply for jobs on their own ini­tia­tive. In addi­tion, we want to pre­pare appli­cants suit­ably for the world of work through local work­shops and information.

Many busi­ness­es and com­pa­nies have prob­lems find­ing suit­able skilled work­ers and trainees.
Refugees are not only a cul­tur­al enrich­ment but also a social gain in this respect.
On welcome2work.de, com­pa­nies have the oppor­tu­ni­ty to active­ly search for suit­able appli­cants and place tar­get­ed job ads. The aim is to reg­u­lar­ly sug­gest suit­able can­di­dates to com­pa­nies and to pro­vide sup­port dur­ing the hir­ing process.”
