B. Auszubildende, Berufst\u00e4tige, Rentner).<br><strong>Ziel<\/strong> ist es, die Wohnungsknappheit zu verringern, Wohnraum effizienter zu nutzen und soziale Bindungen zu st\u00e4rken. Projektkoordinatoren unterst\u00fctzen und begleiten die Teilnehmer w\u00e4hrend des gesamten Prozesses.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wie funktioniert das?<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0b8b7d;\" class=\"stk-highlight\">Anstatt Miete zu zahlen, bieten die Bewohner ihre Zeit und Unterst\u00fctzung an.<\/span><\/strong><br>Als allgemeiner Richtwert gilt:<br>\ud83d\udc49 <strong>1 Stunde Hilfe pro Monat f\u00fcr jeden Quadratmeter Wohnfl\u00e4che<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Diese Unterst\u00fctzung kann Folgendes umfassen:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hilfe bei Haushaltsaufgaben<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lebensmitteleinkauf<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gartenarbeit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Begleitung und Freizeitaktivit\u00e4ten<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u26a0\ufe0f <em><strong>Bitte beachten Sie:<\/strong> Es handelt sich nicht um einen Pflege- oder Betreuungsdienst.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Bewohner zahlen nur die <strong>Nebenkosten (z.B.
